How much coverage does it provide?

one thin layer for a natural-looking finish and add another small
amount only where you prefer more coverage.
Should I apply it with my fingers, a brush or a sponge?
All three can work. Fingers create a quick everyday application,
a brush offers more controlled coverage and a damp sponge can
create a softer finish.
How do I choose my shade?
